The worst feeling is investing in a dead relationship. This means you keep putting in the effort yet your partner is already walking out of the door.

While I personally never experienced such a situation, I’ve known several people in my life who did and no words could describe how hurtful it was to be left hanging.

Quiet quitting in the 9–5 job might be for a good reason. I mean, who wants to go above and beyond knowing they still get the same amount of salary?

Not me and you.

But when it comes to relationships, quiet quitting is the worst thing you can do to someone. Think of it like this: instead of breaking up with you, that person decides to “slowly fade” from your life.

The signs can be subtle and no doubt it drives you crazy. There are lots of confusion and frustration because it’s never direct in the first place.
